The Doctoral Degree Program of Tama Art University, established in 2001, will award degrees for the 20th time this year. The purpose of this program is to train its graduates to an advanced level both in practice and theory in art and design. The graduate students work in their respective fields in art and design, while also developing a broad perspective through cross-disciplinary discussion. The 20th Doctoral Program Graduation Exhibition is held to make public the results of that inquiry.
