EXPERIMENTAL EXHIBITION -Voyaging on the Island-

■Outline:
This exhibition presents the work of creators participating in the Experimental Workshop (EWS) organized by the Graduate School of Tama Art University. Over the course of ten days, mostly in the Kumano region of Wakayama Prefecture, participants immersed themselves in nature under the guidance of EWS Specially Appointed Professor Apichatpong Weerasethakul, attuning their senses to the flow of time and the pulse of creativity embedded in the land.

The works of in this exhibition, born from each creator’s personal perceptions during their stay in Kumano, are now brought to Enoshima and released into the exhibition space. The journey through time and space taken with Apichatpong is rekindled here—relayed through the participants’ memories, whispering quiet invitations to the audience.
